Partnership Terms

INTRODUCTION

Welcome to the Finding Adam Finding Eve Catholic Influencer Partnership Program (the "Partnership Program" or "Program")! These Partnership Terms and Conditions ("Partnership Terms") govern your participation as an affiliate partner in promoting our faith-based relationship coaching services and the Game of Love platform.

FINDING LLC, an S-Corporation doing business as Finding Adam Finding Eve ("FAFE," "we," "us," or "our"), operates this Partnership Program in alignment with our Catholic mission to increase sacramental marriage and build up the domestic church. By applying to and participating in the Partnership Program, you ("Partner," "Affiliate," or "you") agree to be bound by these Partnership Terms, our standard Terms of Use, and our Privacy Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Partnership Terms, please do not apply to or participate in the Partnership Program.

1. MISSION AND PURPOSE

1.1 Our Catholic Mission

The Partnership Program exists to advance FAFE's mission of:

Promoting authentic Catholic teaching on love, dating, and marriage
Increasing the number of sacramental marriages in the Catholic Church
Supporting individuals in building healthy, faith-filled relationships
Strengthening the domestic church through formation and healing
Helping individuals understand their identity and purpose in light of Catholic anthropology

1.2 Faith-Based Partnership

This is a faith-based partnership rooted in Catholic values and principles. Partners are expected to:

Uphold the dignity of every person as created in the image and likeness of God
Promote content that aligns with Catholic teaching on marriage, sexuality, and relationships
Represent FAFE's mission authentically and with integrity
Avoid promoting content or activities that contradict Catholic moral teaching

1.3 Educational Purpose

The Partnership Program is designed to help Catholics find resources for personal growth, relationship development, and marriage preparation that are grounded in the teachings of the Catholic Church, including:

The Catechism of the Catholic Church
Sacred Scripture
Papal encyclicals (particularly Theology of the Body, Familiaris Consortio, Amoris Laetitia)
The Sacrament of Matrimony
Canon Law regarding marriage

2. PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM OVERVIEW

2.1 Services Promoted

Partners in the Catholic Influencer Partnership Program primarily promote:

Game of Love Platform (https://gameof.love)

A comprehensive suite of faith-based assessment tools and resources
Virtues assessment (AdamEve Matrix)
Dating experience reflection tools (Post Date Assessment)
Self-discovery quizzes (KNOW Yourself Quiz)
Relationship compatibility assessment (Relationship Alignment Assessment)
Educational content based on Catholic teaching

Finding Adam Finding Eve Services (https://findingadamfindingeve.com)

Faith-based relationship coaching
Group formation programs
Marriage preparation resources
Healing and personal development programs

Called 2 Love Services (https://thecall2love.com)

Additional educational resources and community support

2.2 Affiliate Platform

The Partnership Program operates through Rewardful.com, a third-party affiliate tracking and payment platform. By joining the Partnership Program, you agree to:

Create and maintain an account with Rewardful.com
Comply with Rewardful's terms of service and privacy policy
Use Rewardful's tracking links and tools as provided
Receive payments through Rewardful's payment processing system

2.3 Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate links. Commission rates, payment terms, and qualifying purchases are detailed in Section 5 below and in your Partnership Program dashboard.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND APPLICATION

3.1 Eligibility Requirements

To be eligible for the Partnership Program, you must:

Be at least 21 years of age
Be a practicing Catholic or committed to promoting Catholic teaching on relationships and marriage
Have an established platform (website, blog, social media, podcast, ministry, etc.) with authentic engagement
Demonstrate alignment with Catholic values and FAFE's mission
Have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Not be engaged in activities that contradict Catholic moral teaching
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

3.2 Application Process

To apply for the Partnership Program:

Submit a complete application through our Partnership Program portal
Provide accurate information about yourself and your platform(s)
Describe how you plan to promote FAFE services in alignment with our mission
Agree to these Partnership Terms and our screening process
Create a Rewardful.com account if approved

3.3 Approval and Rejection

FAFE reserves the right to approve or reject any application in our sole discretion
We may reject applications that do not align with our Catholic mission
We may reject applications from individuals or organizations promoting content contrary to Catholic teaching
Approval may be provisional and subject to ongoing compliance with these Partnership Terms
We are not required to provide reasons for rejection

3.4 Background and Content Review

We reserve the right to:

Review your public content, social media, and online presence
Request additional information about your platform or ministry
Conduct periodic reviews of your promotional activities
Verify your identity and platform ownership

4. PARTNER RESPONSIBILITIES AND CONDUCT

4.1 Authentic Representation

Partners must:

Accurately represent FAFE's services, mission, and Catholic foundation
Clearly disclose the faith-based, Catholic nature of our services
Avoid making false, misleading, or exaggerated claims
Use only approved marketing materials provided by FAFE
Clearly identify themselves as FAFE affiliates when promoting our services
Comply with FTC guidelines regarding affiliate relationships and disclosure

4.2 Catholic Values and Standards

Partners agree to:

Promote content that upholds Catholic teaching on marriage, sexuality, and relationships
Avoid promoting services or content that contradict Catholic moral teaching
Refrain from promoting FAFE alongside content that is obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit
Not associate FAFE with organizations or movements opposed to Catholic teaching
Represent the dignity of human sexuality as taught by the Catholic Church
Promote chastity, virtue, and authentic love as defined by Catholic anthropology

4.3 Prohibited Conduct

Partners may NOT:

Use spam, unsolicited emails, or deceptive marketing practices
Purchase, sell, or trade affiliate links
Engage in cookie stuffing or fraudulent tracking manipulation
Use FAFE's trademarks, logos, or brand without written permission
Bid on FAFE's brand terms in paid search advertising
Create fake accounts or generate fraudulent referrals
Use affiliate links for self-referrals or personal purchases (unless explicitly permitted)
Engage in cybersquatting or domain name abuse
Promote FAFE on adult content websites or platforms
Make medical, therapeutic, or clinical claims about FAFE services
Guarantee relationship outcomes or promise marital success
Create content that disparages other Catholic ministries or organizations
Violate any applicable laws, including advertising regulations and consumer protection laws

4.4 Disclosure Requirements

Partners must clearly and conspicuously disclose:

Their affiliate relationship with FAFE
That they may receive compensation for referrals
The faith-based, Catholic nature of FAFE services

Example Disclosure: "This post contains affiliate links. I may receive a commission if you purchase through these links at no additional cost to you. Finding Adam Finding Eve is a Catholic ministry providing faith-based relationship coaching and resources."

4.5 Content Quality Standards

Partners should:

Create original, high-quality content
Provide genuine reviews and recommendations based on authentic experience
Avoid plagiarism or copyright infringement
Respect intellectual property rights
Maintain professional communication standards

5. COMMISSION AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Commission Structure

Partners earn commissions on qualifying purchases made through their unique affiliate tracking links. Current commission rates are:

Coaching program enrollments: [X]% one-time commission
Course purchases: [X]% one-time commission
Other qualifying purchases: [X]% commission

Commission rates may be adjusted at FAFE's discretion with 30 days' notice to active Partners.

5.2 Qualifying Purchases

A qualifying purchase must:

Be made through the Partner's unique affiliate tracking link
Be completed by a legitimate customer (not the Partner or Partner's immediate family)
Not be refunded, canceled, or charged back within the commission qualification period
Comply with FAFE's Terms of Use and acceptable use policies
Be properly tracked by Rewardful.com's tracking system

5.3 Non-Qualifying Transactions

Commissions will NOT be paid for:

Partner's own purchases (self-referrals)
Purchases by Partner's immediate family members
Fraudulent or suspicious transactions
Purchases using stolen payment information
Transactions that violate FAFE's Terms of Use
Refunded, canceled, or charged-back purchases
Purchases that violate these Partnership Terms

5.4 Payment Terms

Payments are processed through Rewardful.com
Payment schedule: [Monthly/as specified in dashboard]
Minimum payout threshold: [To be specified]
Payment methods: [As supported by Rewardful.com]
Partners are responsible for providing accurate payment information
Partners are responsible for all applicable taxes on commission income

5.5 Refunds and Chargebacks

If a referred customer requests a refund, the associated commission will be deducted from future payments
Chargebacks will result in commission deduction and may result in account review
Excessive refund rates may result in Partnership termination

5.6 Currency and Taxes

All commissions are paid in U.S. Dollars (USD)
Partners are responsible for all tax obligations related to commission income
FAFE may issue Form 1099 (or equivalent) if required by law
Partners outside the United States are responsible for compliance with their local tax laws

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND BRAND USAGE

6.1 FAFE Intellectual Property

FAFE retains all rights, title, and interest in:

"Finding Adam Finding Eve" name and trademarks
"Game of Love" name and trademarks
"Called 2 Love" name and trademarks
Logos, brand marks, and design elements
Website content, assessment tools, and proprietary methodologies
Educational materials, videos, and written content
Coaching frameworks and formation programs

6.2 Limited License

FAFE grants Partners a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Use approved marketing materials provided by FAFE
Display FAFE logos and brand marks in accordance with brand guidelines
Link to FAFE websites using approved affiliate tracking links
Reproduce approved promotional content for Partnership purposes

This license terminates immediately upon termination of the Partnership.

6.3 Brand Guidelines

Partners must:

Use FAFE's brand marks only as provided in official marketing materials
Not alter, modify, or distort FAFE's logos or trademarks
Not use FAFE's brand marks in a way that implies endorsement of non-FAFE products
Follow brand guidelines provided by FAFE
Discontinue use of any materials if requested by FAFE

6.4 Restrictions

Partners may NOT:

Register domain names containing FAFE's trademarks
Use FAFE's trademarks in social media usernames without permission
Create derivative works based on FAFE's intellectual property
Reverse engineer or copy FAFE's assessment tools or methodologies
Use FAFE's content for purposes beyond Partnership promotion

7. TRACKING, REPORTING, AND ANALYTICS

7.1 Affiliate Tracking

All referrals must be tracked through Rewardful.com's tracking system
Partners must use their unique affiliate links provided by Rewardful
Cookie duration: [As specified in dashboard]
Attribution model: [First-click/Last-click - as specified]

7.2 Performance Reporting

Partners have access to:

Real-time tracking dashboard through Rewardful
Click and conversion data
Commission earnings and payment history
Traffic source analytics (where available)

7.3 Accuracy of Tracking

FAFE is not responsible for tracking failures due to:
- Customer cookie blocking or deletion
- Technical issues beyond FAFE's control
- Browser limitations or third-party blocking
- Rewardful.com system issues
Disputes regarding tracking must be submitted within 30 days of the alleged transaction

8. MARKETING MATERIALS AND SUPPORT

8.1 Approved Materials

FAFE provides Partners with:

Approved promotional graphics and images
Sample social media posts and email templates
Banner ads and website graphics
Product descriptions and key messaging
Brand guidelines and usage instructions

8.2 Partner Support

Email support: support@findingadamfindingeve.com
Response time: Within 2-3 business days
Monthly partner newsletters (optional)
Periodic training webinars or resources (optional)

8.3 Custom Requests

Partners may request custom marketing materials, subject to:

FAFE approval and availability
Compliance with brand guidelines
Alignment with Catholic mission and values

9. TERM AND TERMINATION

9.1 Partnership Term

The Partnership begins upon approval and continues until terminated by either party
There is no minimum commitment period
Either party may terminate at any time with or without cause

9.2 Termination by Partner

Partners may terminate by:

Providing written notice to affiliates@findingadamfindingeve.com
Deactivating their Rewardful account
Ceasing promotional activities

Upon termination:

Partner must remove all FAFE marketing materials and affiliate links
Partner loses access to the Partnership dashboard
Unpaid commissions for qualifying transactions will be paid according to normal payment schedule
All licenses granted under these Terms immediately terminate

9.3 Termination by FAFE

FAFE may terminate a Partnership immediately for:

Violation of these Partnership Terms
Fraudulent activity or suspicious referrals
Promotion of content contrary to Catholic teaching
Excessive refund or chargeback rates
Misrepresentation of FAFE services or mission
Violation of applicable laws or regulations
Any conduct deemed harmful to FAFE's reputation or mission

Upon termination by FAFE:

Partner must immediately cease all promotional activities
Partner must remove all FAFE materials and links
Unpaid commissions may be forfeited if termination is due to Partner misconduct
FAFE may withhold payment pending investigation of fraudulent activity

9.4 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

All licenses granted to Partner immediately terminate
Partner's obligations regarding confidentiality and intellectual property survive
FAFE's indemnification provisions survive
Limitation of liability provisions survive

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

10.1 Confidential Information

Partners may receive confidential information including:

Commission rates and payment structures
Marketing strategies and planned initiatives
Proprietary business information
Customer data (subject to Privacy Policy)
Non-public product information

10.2 Non-Disclosure Obligation

Partners agree to:

Keep confidential information strictly confidential
Not disclose confidential information to third parties
Use confidential information only for Partnership purposes
Protect confidential information with reasonable security measures

10.3 Exceptions

Confidential information does NOT include information that:

Is publicly available through no breach of this agreement
Was rightfully known prior to disclosure
Is independently developed without use of confidential information
Must be disclosed pursuant to law or court order

11. DATA PROTECTION AND PRIVACY

11.1 Privacy Policy Compliance

Partner activities are subject to FAFE's Privacy Policy
Partners must comply with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Partners may not collect personal information on FAFE's behalf without authorization

11.2 Customer Data

Partners do not receive access to customer personal information
Rewardful.com handles referral tracking in accordance with its privacy policy
Partners may not use FAFE customer data for purposes beyond the Partnership

11.3 Partner Data

By participating in the Partnership:

Partners consent to FAFE collecting performance data (clicks, conversions, earnings)
FAFE may use aggregated data to improve the Partnership Program
Partner contact information may be used for Partnership communications

12. REPRESENTATIONS AND WARRANTIES

12.1 Partner Representations

Partner represents and warrants that:

Partner has the legal capacity to enter into this agreement
Partner's promotional activities comply with all applicable laws
Partner owns or has rights to their promotional content
Partner's platform and content do not violate third-party rights
All information provided to FAFE is accurate and complete
Partner is committed to upholding Catholic values in their promotional activities

12.2 FAFE Representations

FAFE represents and warrants that:

FAFE has the right to offer the Partnership Program
FAFE will pay commissions in accordance with these Terms
FAFE's services comply with applicable laws
FAFE will provide reasonable support to Partners

12.3 Disclaimer of Warranties

EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED HEREIN, THE PARTNERSHIP PROGRAM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

FAFE DOES NOT GUARANTEE:

Any specific level of earnings or commission
Continuous availability of the Partnership Program
Error-free tracking or reporting
Specific marketing results or conversion rates

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

13.1 Limitation of Damages

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FAFE, ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES
LOST PROFITS OR LOST COMMISSION OPPORTUNITIES
DAMAGE TO REPUTATION OR BUSINESS RELATIONSHIPS
ERRORS OR FAILURES IN AFFILIATE TRACKING
TECHNICAL ISSUES WITH REWARDFUL.COM OR RELATED SYSTEMS
CUSTOMER REFUNDS OR CHARGEBACKS
DECISIONS MADE BY PARTNERS IN THEIR PROMOTIONAL ACTIVITIES

13.2 Maximum Liability

FAFE'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM UNDER THESE PARTNERSHIP TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE TOTAL COMMISSIONS PAID TO PARTNER IN THE SIX (6) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

13.3 Jurisdictional Limitations

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

14.1 Partner Indemnification

Partner agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless FAFE, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:

Partner's promotional activities
Partner's violation of these Partnership Terms
Partner's violation of applicable laws or regulations
Partner's promotional content or representations
Intellectual property infringement by Partner
Partner's breach of confidentiality obligations
Third-party claims related to Partner's activities

14.2 Defense of Claims

Partner will defend FAFE against indemnified claims
FAFE may participate in defense at its own expense
Partner may not settle claims without FAFE's written consent
FAFE will notify Partner promptly of any indemnified claims

15. RELATIONSHIP OF PARTIES

15.1 Independent Contractors

Partners are independent contractors, not employees, agents, or partners of FAFE
Nothing in these Terms creates an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency
Partners have no authority to bind FAFE or create obligations on FAFE's behalf
Partners are responsible for their own taxes, insurance, and benefits

15.2 No Exclusivity

Partnership is non-exclusive
Partners may promote other products and services
However, Partners may not promote services that directly compete with FAFE or contradict Catholic teaching on marriage and relationships

16. COMPLIANCE WITH LAWS

16.1 Advertising and Marketing Laws

Partners must comply with:

Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines on endorsements and testimonials
CAN-SPAM Act (if using email marketing)
State consumer protection laws
International advertising regulations (if applicable)
Truth in advertising standards

16.2 Religious Freedom

FAFE operates as a faith-based ministry grounded in Catholic teaching
This Partnership Program is designed to advance FAFE's religious mission
Partners acknowledge the religious nature of this Partnership

16.3 Other Applicable Laws

Partners must comply with:

Copyright and trademark laws
Privacy and data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, etc.)
Tax reporting requirements
Any other applicable federal, state, or local laws

17. MODIFICATIONS TO PARTNERSHIP TERMS

17.1 Right to Modify

FAFE reserves the right to modify these Partnership Terms at any time. We will notify Partners of material changes by:

Email notification to the address on file
Notice in the Partnership dashboard
Posting updated Terms with a revised "Last Updated" date

17.2 Effect of Modifications

Continued participation after notification constitutes acceptance of modified Terms
If you do not agree to modified Terms, you must terminate the Partnership
Material changes may include modifications to commission rates, payment terms, or eligibility requirements

17.3 Program Changes

FAFE reserves the right to:

Modify commission rates with 30 days' notice
Change tracking methods or platforms
Add or remove approved promotional materials
Modify program requirements

18. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

18.1 Governing Law

These Partnership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

18.2 Informal Resolution

Before initiating formal dispute resolution, parties agree to:

Contact affiliates@findingadamfindingeve.com to attempt informal resolution
Engage in good faith negotiation for at least 30 days
Provide detailed description of the dispute and desired resolution

18.3 Arbitration

Any disputes not resolved informally will be resolved through binding arbitration in Kansas City, Missouri, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

18.4 Exceptions to Arbitration

Either party may seek:

Injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
Court intervention to prevent unauthorized use of trademarks or confidential information

18.5 Class Action Waiver

BOTH PARTIES WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

19. MISCELLANEOUS PROVISIONS

19.1 Entire Agreement

These Partnership Terms, together with FAFE's Terms of Use and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between Partner and FAFE regarding the Partnership Program.

19.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.

19.3 No Waiver

FAFE's failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

19.4 Assignment

Partners may not assign or transfer these Terms without FAFE's prior written consent
FAFE may assign these Terms without restriction
These Terms bind and benefit the parties' successors and permitted assigns

19.5 Force Majeure

Neither party will be liable for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of God, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or government actions.

19.6 Notices

All notices must be sent to:

19.7 Survival

The following provisions survive termination:

Intellectual Property (Section 6)
Confidentiality (Section 10)
Indemnification (Section 14)
Limitation of Liability (Section 13)
Dispute Resolution (Section 18)

20. COMMITMENT TO CATHOLIC MISSION

20.1 Shared Mission

By participating in the Catholic Influencer Partnership Program, Partners commit to:

Advancing the Catholic understanding of love, marriage, and human sexuality
Supporting individuals in their journey toward sacramental marriage
Building up the domestic church through authentic Catholic formation
Respecting the dignity of every human person
Promoting virtue, chastity, and authentic love

20.2 Pastoral Sensitivity

Partners should approach their promotional activities with:

Compassion for those struggling in relationships
Understanding of wounds and past hurts
Hope in God's plan for healing and redemption
Respect for the journey of faith and growth
Commitment to the truth of Catholic teaching presented with love

20.3 Accountability

Partners are accountable to FAFE for upholding these standards
FAFE reserves the right to terminate Partnerships that do not reflect our Catholic mission
Partners are encouraged to seek guidance if unsure about promotional content

By applying to and participating in the Catholic Influencer Partnership Program, you acknowledge that:

You have read and understood these Partnership Terms and Conditions
You agree to be bound by these Terms, FAFE's Terms of Use, and Privacy Policy
You commit to upholding Catholic values and FAFE's mission in your promotional activities
You understand your responsibilities as an independent contractor
You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations
You consent to receive Partnership-related communications from FAFE
